Rule 2

All of our payments are taken via a third party payment providers (namely Paypal) and the terms of use for this are available on their sites.

We now take Debit/Credit Cards directly, for your protection, we use Stripe (one of the largest payment processors) to handle these, what this means is that we never see your financial information, we simply receive a Payment Accepted or Payment Declined confirmation from them which auto updates your order status.

Information and content that appears on our website is not advise and should not be taken as advise nor should it affect your purchasing decisions.

Our website is here to provide you with a place to order personalised items from, the website is provided as it is and is available most of the time however it may be taken offline at any point for updates.To the extent permitted by the law, TrulyPersonalisedGifts.co.uk will not be liable for any loss or damage both indirect and direct as a result of using our website or products.Any missing items due to incorrect delivery addresses cannot be refunded or replaced. TrulyPersonalisedGifts.co.uk aims to have a fully working website but we make no guarantee that this will always be the case. We use hosting and servers from third parties so we cannot guarantee the safety of this site although we make it a priority to make sure it is safe.
All data is secured to the best standards and practices, all data is transferred via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for which you can check the Padlock in your Web Browser.

Rule 5

All orders are processed and sent using a variety of different courier and delivery companies such as Royal Mail, occasionally items may go missing when not in our care i.e with the delivery company, if this is the case we will either issue a refund or send a replacement out.
Should you have any issues then the first thing to do is contact us via the website, we provide excellent customer service and deal with issues promptly!

Production and delivery times aren't guaranteed and we accept no liability for delivery delays, we don't provide a guaranteed delivery time window, this is totally under the control of the delivery service.
